I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electronic and Computer Engineering at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST),
under the supervision of Prof. Zhiyao Xie. Prior to that, I obtained my Master's degree from Fudan University under the supervision of Prof. Lingli Wang and bachelor's degree from Southeast University. I am currently a visiting scholar at the University of Minnesota, working with Prof. Yu (Kevin) Cao on 3D IC power/thermal analysis.
My research focuses on AI for EDA and 3D IC power/thermal analysis.
